At Christy Dawn, we want you to cherish every piece you own; if your garment doesn't feel quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure both you and the Earth are treated with the utmost care throughout the process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure carbon-neutral transit.

• 3.
  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and securely seal the box for shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our farm-to-closet studio, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
